3The Association of the Anglican Choirs in the Kumasi Diocese has held its 14th Biennial Conference at Manso Adubia in the St. Augustine Anglican Parish, in the Amansie West District of the Ashanti Region.
The theme was: “Let us rise and build: the role of choral singers”. The Metropolitan Anglican Archbishop of Kumasi and West Africa, Most Rev. Dr. Daniel Yinka Sarfo, indicated that the conference was a way by which the Diocese could win souls for Christ through music to feed the St. Peter Anglican Church at Manso Adubia.

Archbishop Yinka Sarfo called on Christians to witness to sinners. The District Chief Executive for Amansie West, Mr. Alex Kwame Bonsu, commended the Anglican Church for its developmental projects in the areas of health and education.

Rev Cannon Emmanuel Brobbey Mensah, Diocesan Choir Chaplain, urged the choristers to be disciplined and respect the elderly. The host Parish Priest, Rev Fr Moses Mensah of the St. Augustine Anglican Parish, appealed to church elders to support the choristers to enable them work effectively towards the development of the church.
