THE Asantehene, OtumfuoOsei Tutu II has elected Nana Amoanimaa Dede II as the new Queen mother of Adansi. Nana AmoanimaaDede II, who received massive support from the Chiefs of Adansi after her name was announced by Otumfuo at Manyhia on Monday, succeeds Nana KwantwiwaaApoma II, who was recently destooled by the Asante King. The new Adansihemaa is reported to have received the praise of OtumfuorOsei Tutu for her contribution towards the development of Adansiman.
