The Mayor said the said projects were the government’s efforts to share the national cake for the benefit of every Ghanaian, irrespective of one’s political, religious, and tribal affiliations.
According to him, the government was determined to give quality healthcare, and would also do every possible to ensure that the basic needs of the electorate are provided, and pleaded with all concerned Ghanaians to rally behind the government to deliver on its promises to them, saying the only way the government could deliver was for all Ghanaians to give it their total support.

The KMA boss expressed satisfaction at the progress of work on the projects he inspected, and assured residents of the metropolis that the KMA would ensure that the clinic was well equipped to begin operations, while his leadership would do what it takes in making sure that the equipment would soon be provided for the clinic to start operations, and also agave the assurance that the Atafoa road would be tarred soon.
The Mayor also visit a piece of land allocated for the construction of a police station and fire service station between Atafoa and Kronum Abuohia, which is being encroached upon by private developers.
Mayor Bonsu appealed to Nananom of the area to stop the encroachers and safeguard the land for the benefit of the entire members of the communities.
Nana Owusu Ansah (Chief of Atafoa) Atafoa Odikro, and Nana Addai Aniagyei II, Adumanya and Nwamasehene respectively, commended the government for the efforts it was putting in place to improve the lives of Ghanaians.

Nana Owusu Ansah commended the KMA for the road project, because it had come as a relief to residents in facilitating the movement of commercial vehicles in the area.
