Clik here to view.The Tepa Traditional Council and local Roman Catholic Church at Tepa have honoured the new Ashanti Regional Minister as a citizen of the town to assume the political headship of the Region.
Rev. Father Benjamin Kussi Assibey, Catholic Priest of the Roman Catholic Church at Tepa, at a thanksgiving service, advised the Minister and all politicians to always observe peace and coexistence among the people in the country as paramount, in order to continue enjoying the prevailing peace to enhance development.
He observed that with God, the task of heading the region would not be difficult. The Rev. Minister also cautioned Minister Anarfi-Mensah not to abuse his office by cheating or underrating others, but strive to encourage a healthy co-existence with one another in peace towards national growth.
The Traditional Council, headed by the Omanhene of Tepa, Nana Adusei Atwenewaa Ampem, organised a grand durbar of the chiefs and people in honour of the Minister. Nana Atwenewah Ampem advised the Minister to remain resolute and firm in the performance of his administrative duties, and focus on the developmental agenda of the people.

Clik here to view.Nana Atwenewah Ampem commended the Minister, a native of the traditional area, for making the people proud in his elevation to the Ministerial position, and assured him of their total support to enable him perform.
Mr. Anarfi-Mensah thanked Nananom and the people in the Tepa Traditional Council for the honour, and asked for their prayers and support to enable him succeed and deliver on his mandate. He said his doors were open for ideas to chalk successes.
