Reach High School, located at Quarry-Truba in the Kwabre East District, has observed its 15th Anniversary of its founding, under the theme: “Education-Our Children’s Future”.
The occasion coincided with a fund-raising ceremony in aid of a computer laboratory for the school.
The Proprietor, Mr. George Kyei Agyeman, noted that education had undergone global transformation, a situation where traditional methods had given way to modern systems of delivery, in which Information Communication and Technology (ICT) plays a key role.
This, he explained, called for the establishment of a computer lab to help produce competitive human resource materials to meet the market.
The Proprietor called on parents and stakeholders to ensure that education becomes the bedrock of their children’s future in this technological age, and urged them to assist their children to upgrade their knowledge in ICT.
Nana Awuro Serbo I, Kyidomhene of Assin Juaso in the Central Region, commended the management of the school for the vision, and stressed that education, coupled with computer literacy, cannot be downplayed.
