The accident vehicle
A Kumasi-bound Nissan Urvan bus, with registration No AS 4327-U from Ejisu, was yesterday involved in an accident, when the vehicle somersaulted at the Asafo Interchange in Kumasi.
About 10 passengers on board the bus narrowly escaped death, but sustained injuries. According eyewitness, it was by God’s intervention which saved lives in the accident, when the driver is said to have lost control of the wheel, resulting in it veering off the road and onto the pavement, before overturning, shattering its windscreens. The injured were rushed to the Komfo Anokye Teaching Hospital (KATH) for treatment.
